With over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Dirk began his career at a boutique, owner-managed healthcare agency before progressing to sales and marketing roles at global organizations such as Deutsche Post DHL, Sony, and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen).
Driven by a passion for healthcare marketing, which was particularly sparked by his time at Johnson & Johnson, he made the uncommon move from the client side back to the agency world—returning to where his professional journey began. After more than eight years as Managing Director at Havas Health, followed by a one-year tenure as Managing Director at Publicis Health Germany, Dirk now leads Real Chemistry’s German organization, with responsibility for strategy, business development, P&L, and team growth.
Focused on establishing the company as a trusted partner in the German life sciences market, expanding client relationships, and integrating the German business into the broader European and global organization.
