Katarzyna Lewińska is Head of Creative at Kantar Poland, with nearly 20 years of market research experience, including over 12 years specializing in creative development and optimization. She has analysed consumer feedback on 8,000+ campaigns across FMCG (e.g., Heineken, Reckitt, Danone, Electrolux, Novartis), services (e.g., Visa, ING, BLIK) and retail (e.g., Carrefour, Allegro, IKEA). Drawing on broad category expertise, she helps brands translate cultural shifts and communication trends into actionable learnings that make advertising more effective—capturing attention in seconds while building lasting impact and strong ROI. Together with her team, she has co-developed several Effie Poland–winning campaigns.

She holds a degree in Psychology and is a frequent speaker at marketing conferences, including IAB Forum and Insummit. She also served as a juror for the YouTube Works Awards.
