Olya Dyachuk

Olya is a Marketing leader and Digital expert with over 16 years of experience across a range of industries. She started in Russia, working in the emerging advertising marketplace, and helping iconic brands to capitalise on the opportunities digital brings. In her global agency roles, she supported Bacardi and McDonald’s with media excellence and digital transformation. 2.5 years ago Olya started her career at Heineken UK as Data Driven Media Director, driving growth for the business by shaping break-through communications and more responsible marketing. The future-fit work in the UK enabled Olya to move into Global Media and Data Director role where she is leading agenda for over 60 OpCos. 

A passionate advocate for inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability, Olya leads initiatives that put social responsibility at the heart of Heineken’s marketing, while contributing to the wider industry through ISBA and IAB DEI&S and Retail work streams, as well as mentoring emerging talent and students.
