Bastien Schupp

Bastien Schupp is Vice President, global brand strategy and Marketing communication at Groupe Renault. In this role, he defines the brand strategy of all Groupe Renault brands (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Lada) and oversees its activation across the organization, including advertising, media, sponsorships, events and motor shows. In addition he is in charge of the group's motorsport marketing activities.

Mr Schupp's 20-plus years of marketing experience includes leadership roles associated with some of the world's most recognized automotive brands including Nissan, Infiniti and Audi.

Half German and half French by birth, Mr Schupp holds a Masters degree from ESCP Europe business school.

He spends his free time with his 2 daughters and loves to travel, ski and scuba dive!

Harjot Singh, Chief Strategy Officer, McCann Worldgroup

Harjot Singh

A true globalist and an award-winning strategist with over 20 years of industry experience, Harjot has lived in 6 countries across 3 continents; working for some of the most famous brands and agencies in the world; in senior, regional and global strategy leadership roles.

He joined McCann in 2011 in New York and moved to London in 2015.
As Chief Strategy Officer of Europe, Harjot leads integrated teams across all McCann Worldgroup offices in the region, spanning 29 countries.

Under his leadership McCann Worldgroup Europe has repeatedly been ranked as the most effective agency network in the Effies.

He has judged and spoken at some of the most notable award shows and industry events including the Global, North American and Euro Effies, Adweek Europe, WARC, Eurobest, Cannes Lions etc.

Passionate about making the brilliant obvious and elevating the importance of common sense, and courage as a catalyst of creativity, Harjot is committed to championing the urgency and importance of making our business even better and richer by realizing the creative and commercial impact of the fullest inclusion of truly diverse talent in our industry.
