Bastien Schupp is Vice President, global brand strategy and Marketing communication at Groupe Renault. In this role, he defines the brand strategy of all Groupe Renault brands (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Lada) and oversees its activation across the organization, including advertising, media, sponsorships, events and motor shows. In addition he is in charge of the group's motorsport marketing activities.
Mr Schupp's 20-plus years of marketing experience includes leadership roles associated with some of the world's most recognized automotive brands including Nissan, Infiniti and Audi.
Half German and half French by birth, Mr Schupp holds a Masters degree from ESCP Europe business school.
He spends his free time with his 2 daughters and loves to travel, ski and scuba dive!
Harjot Singh, Chief Strategy Officer, McCann Worldgroup

Michael Kamm’s communication experience began thirty years ago as a graphic designer on the shores of Geneva Lake in Switzerland. In 2003, this entrepreneur with extensive field experience took over the management of Agence Trio, the oldest communication agency in Switzerland, and then went on to become the sole owner two years later.

In the year 2016 he joined NLB Group. The largest banking and financial group in Slovenia and the only banking group with presence, soul strategic interest, and headquarters in the ex-Yugoslavia region that serves almost 2 million customers, with five companies within the group with the systemic bank status. Jan Papac is the Head of Strategy and a media planner for the team “Mocní” (Powerful) in TRIAD Advertising - currently the Slovak Agency of the Year.
Besides advertising, his career has always been connected to music. He has spent years organizing and attending concerts (xxx of them to be precise) and writing about them. Before TRIAD, he was an integral part of the music & event agency KUUL FABRIK as a brand builder, strategist, and promoter of the concert series BA City Beats which welcomed artists such as Jamie Cullum, Limp Bizkit, Rudimental, Wyclef Jean, Jazzanova and Aloe Blacc in Bratislava.
After (now infamously) stating that he “hates advertisements” on his first interview with TRIAD back in 2015, he was hired as their social media brand manager, swiftly moving to the strategy department. That became an opportunity to work directly with TRIAD’s chief creative & strategy officer Martin Woska, a leading figure in Slovak advertising and a president of the Slovak Art Directors Club.
Jan’s input was crucial in campaigns for brands such as O2 Slovakia, Absolut vodka, Pilsner Urquell, Becherovka, Jameson, Dell Slovakia, and Volkswagen Slovakia. Many of them triumphed at international festivals including Cannes Lions and EuroEFFIE. He was one of the judges at Effie Slovakia 2017 competition.
He is married and doesn’t have any kids - only two turtles, which thankfully don’t require much of his attention.

Juraj is working as Strategy Director at Zaraguza agency, which is one of the best creative agencies in Slovak and Czech area. Agency collection contains 10 Effie awards, including the Gold Euro Effie. He is honored to be a third-time Effie Europe juror this year.
Executive Creative Director at VMLY&R ITALY - Italy
In May 2018 he was appointed Executive Creative Director at Y&R Italy. After 4 years as an expat in Germany, he had decided to go back to his native country and accepted the challenge of leading the creative dept. of one of the most important international agencies in Italy. After few months the rebranding of the agency in VMLY&R took place, as a result of the union strategically decided on a global level, between the iconic Y&R and the digital shop VML.
Francesco Poletti is currently managing as ECD both the Milan and Rome offices of VMLY&R Italy, leading a team of about 60 creative talents. He is in charge of existing Clients and all pitches for new Business. In the last months his creative input contributed to win new assignments such as Galbusera Bakery, Virgin Active, the consumer electronics retailer Expert and a relevant organic growth for the coffee brand Lavazza, globally handled from the Milan hub.
When he decided to move to Germany, beside the love for pretzels, it was the aim to face a bigger market that made him go in Stuttgart in 2014. Landed in the prestigious creative agency Jung von Matt, where he has managed, as Creative Director, International clients such as Grundig (home appliances), Hyundai and Genesis (automotive). Further, he was in charge of the International new business.
Before going to Germany, he was Creative Director and Creative Department Coordinator at 1861United in Italy, nowadays Grey. Managing more then 20 people and working both as creative and creative director.
During 17 years in the advertising business, he has joined 3 mega corporations: Interpublic, Omnicom, WPP and 2 independent networks. Met great Maestros on his way, and incomparable working partners. Won national and international awards.
He thinks advertising should make people laugh, at least smile. Well, a big smile very similar to a laugh, if possible. Or making people cry, very hard. Nothing in between.

Shadi began her career in advertising in Montreal back in 2005, working for Publicis Healthcare as an Account Executive on the Sanofi-Aventis business.
Looking to broaden her horizons, she moved to France in 2007 to complete a Masters Degree in Corporate and Institutional Communications at the CELSA graduate school within the University of Paris Sorbonne.
She has worked as a Strategic Planner ever since, building brand platforms and communications campaigns for such global accounts as Mastercard, Nespresso, L'Oréal Paris, Mixa, Mondelez gum, Toyota, Subway and Diplomatico at both McCann Paris and Saatchi & Saatchi France.
Appointed Associate Strategy Director of McCann Paris in 2018, part of her responsibilities include spearheading the strategy for Vichy at a global level.

Rimvydė Rimkūnaitė is Head of Digital department in of the biggest media agency in Lithuania. In this role, she defines digital strategies for all Media House Lithuania (Wavemaker) clients, which include the biggest global and local companies. Also she is responsible for driving all digital innovations and looking for new opportunities in fast changing digital world to keep her digital department quality at the best level.
Rimvydė started her career in digital advertising right after finishing Communication Bachelor‘s Degree in Vilnius University, so now she has more than 6 years of experience. Ante Salinovic has been doing market research since 2001 within Puls Agency, which became a part of the Ipsos Group, one of the world's leading research agencies. From 2003 he has been specialising in media and advertising research and became the head of his department, first at the level of Croatia and then at the regional (Adria) level.

Michael started his career in the advertising industry as an account planner in an advertising agency in Hamburg, Germany, and moved then to market research in qual and quant.
He joined Omnicom Media Group in 2007 where he since then combines the accuracy of data and research with the creativity and visionarity of strategy. Conducting research, generating insights, measuring campaigns and consulting clients are his daily business for the last 12 years.
Besides this he is member in the Swiss research committees for print and digital audience measurement, board member of the Account Planning Group Switzerland and teaches media and Touchpoint planning at some industry schools.

For more than eight years Gabriela was responsible for advertising and marketing issues of industrial goods in Central & Eastern Europe. Later she decided to cross the bridge and start with new tasks and challenges in a renowned advertising agency. But this was not enough for her: based on this cross-over experience she ventured the step into self-employment and founded her own agency. Born and raised in Turin, Maurizio Tozzini, the 40 years old Creative Director for The Big Now (Dentsu Aegis Network), ended up his promising career in football with a torn ACL and a degree in Literature. He then started his career in advertising in 2007.
Along the years he worked for saffirio.tortelli.vigoriti and DDB Group Italy, where he was appointed Creative Director of TribalDDB in 2011.

Dr Urška Tuškej Lovšin is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. Since 2018, she has been teaching various marketing and marketing communications related courses, such as Integrated marketing communications, Consumer Psychology and Marketing Research, and has been leading two practical courses.
Her main research areas are consumer-brand relationships, strategic brand management, and consumer behaviour. Her research papers have been published in various international journals, such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Public Relations Review and Baltic Journal of Management. Her paper "The role of consumer-brand identification in building brand relationships" received the Emerald Citations of Excellence award, an international award for most cited and influential papers in the areas of Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics and Marketing.
Before her academic career, Tuškej Lovšin had been a marketing practitioner for many years. From 2007 to 2015, she worked in the advertising agency Formitas BBDO in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Several of her projects won awards at national and international festivals, such as Warc, Effie Slovenia, Slovenian advertising festival SOF, AmCham etc. In 2019, she was a first-round judge on the Effie Awards Slovenia.

Kamil Wiszowaty has been involved with the media industry for over 13 years. Transferring from the Initiative Media’s digital cell, he joined Value Media 10 years ago. Since 2015, he has been responsible for the management of the media house Value Media, which is the part of the largest independent communication group - Group One. As the CEO of the Group One Media, for the past 2 years, he spearheads all media companies, successfully structuring their development and the "one team" idea.
Additionally, he is a co-founder of the one stop shop for e-commerce agency SalesTube, content marketing agency Labcon and media house RL Media, which he manages. Even though, he states that "the best is still ahead of him", as his greatest success, he considers participating in the creation of the Group One and winning with Value Media the title of the MMP's Media House of the year in 2017 (MMP - best media industry magazine in Poland). Among other things, he received three times a nomination for the magazine’s Press Ad wo/ MAN of the Year award, for his achievements.
Kamil is also a member of the jury of the most important industry competitions, such as: Effie Awards Europe and Mixx Awards. He graduated the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw, where he studied the Faculty of Political Sciences.
